Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
Day 2-3: Prepared Expd. & briefing in Ministry of Tourism
Day 04: Drive Kathmandu to Syabrubesi
Day 05: Syabrubesi - Lama Hotel
Day 06: Lama Hotel - Langtang Village
Day 07: Langtang village - Kyangjin Gompa
Day 08: Kyangjing Gompa - Kharka
Day 09: Khark – Lakpa Dorje - Base Camp
Day 10-26: Climbing Period Lakpa Dorje
Day 27: Base Camp - Kharka
Day 28: Khark - Langtang Village
Day 29: Langtang Village - Lama Hotel
Day 30: Lama Hotel – Syabru Village
Day 31: Syabru Village - Dhunche
Day 32: Drive Dhunche to Kathmandu
Day 33-34: Kathmandu
Day 35: Final Departure

Cost includes:

1. Permit Fee (Royalty) of Mt. Lakpa Dorje
2. 5 nights hotel in Kathmandu with bed & breakfast.
3. Transportation Kathmandu – Syabrubesi & Dunche - Kathmandu
4. Full board trekking with lodge & Food for BC Expedition period
5. Porter from Syabrubesi to BC & back Dhunche
6. Equipment: trekking equipment for Base Camp, 1 tent for 2 persons, dining tent, toilet tent, table and chares, Mattresses
7. All kitchen equipment for Base Camp
8. Expedition crews allowance, Liaison office allowances ,equipment allowances & Road transportation
9. Permit and National park fees
10. All transfer airport-hotel-airport
11. Crews: Base camp guide, Cook, Kitchen & necessary porter or Yak
12. All necessary taxes.
13. Agency service charge

Cost does not include:

1. Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu.
2. High altitude (climbing) food, fuel, Gas above BC & personal climbing gear each climber
3. Personal accident insurance and emergency evacuation, Helicopter rescue
4. International Airport Departure Tax
5. Nepal custom duty for import of expedition goods arriving into Nepal, Cargo.
