Annapurna Base Camp
Walk from forested foothills into the Annapurna Sanctuary, with village stops and a visit to Poon Hill.
Dhaulagiri Himal, Nepal / Trek
Approach Dhaulagiri Base Camp and cross into the Hidden Valley before descending toward Marpha.

The Dhaulagiri Circuit starts among the settlements of the Myagdi valley and gradually leaves the cultivated foothills behind. The route passes Italian Base Camp and the upper camps below Dhaulagiri, then crosses French Pass into the Hidden Valley. The descent over Dhampus Pass brings a marked change of scenery toward Marpha.
This is a remote camping journey with a higher level of commitment than a standard lodge trek. Rest days and flexible camp stages matter on the upper route, where snow and weather can change progress. The longer programme continues through the lower Kali Gandaki valley and Ghorepani before returning through Pokhara to Kathmandu.
