A closer look at the journey.

Himlung Himal is approached through the remote Phu valley, north of the main Annapurna trekking corridor. The journey passes Koto, Kyang and Phu before establishing a mountain base. Its extended climbing programme offers a substantial Himalayan objective for experienced climbers, combining glacier travel, high camps and the demands of altitude above 7,000 metres.

The approach and climbing phases form one extended mountain journey. Time above base camp is used for acclimatization, carrying equipment, rest and a summit attempt when conditions allow. Discuss your climbing history with us so that the route, team support and equipment plan suit the objective and your experience.
