A closer look at the journey.

This Bhutan journey brings a short mountain trek together with a wider introduction to the western valleys. From Paro, the walking programme visits Chonana, Jebkarpo and the Mingula area before descending toward the road connection to Thimphu. Forest, upland camps and changing valley views give the trek its character.

The second part of the journey turns toward cultural visits, with time in Thimphu and the Punakha and Wangdue area before returning to Paro. The overall programme is twelve days, including arrival, travel and sightseeing. Discuss the camp locations, daily walking and available local visits when choosing the final programme for your dates.
